Northtown Residences is the residential community at the center of Northtown, the township Alsons Dev launched in Buhangin in 2013. It is sold as open lots, so you choose your lot and build your own design. Since its launch it has grown into five residential phases.
The Club is the main shared space, a 2.5-hectare clubhouse complex with function halls, a resort-style swimming pool, a basketball court, an outdoor tennis court, badminton courts and a soccer field. There is a second swimming pool with a cabana, and parks and open spaces in all five phases. On the Cabantian side of the township, the 9-hectare Northtown Center holds CityMall Northtown and a public safety complex with police, fire and emergency response in one place.
